Yes, it's the Urban Decay Naked Palette ($48). It's been so hard to find for a few months, and I ordered a little more than a week ago(p.s. I ordered Summer of Love with this too, review coming up soon), I got it last sunday. This new version is pretty much the same, except it comes with an eyeshadow brush instead of the 24/7 liner. To be honest I prefer the liner more, but oh well, it's not a big deal.
I LOVE the chocolaty velvet case, it looks so elegant. By the way it comes with a travel size UDPP too.
Most of the colors are neutrals. It has everything from glitter to matte. Even the non-neutral colors are easy to carry, it's truly a palette that works for everyone (well if it works with my asian eyes, it's gonna work with you).

Just in case you're wondering, I was washing the brush, that's why it's not in there.
Here comes the swatches...

I used UDPP to prep my arm first, it shows up much better with UDPP.
Virgin - Very pale shimmery beige. I would say it's a good base color or highlighter for fair skin tones, but it might be too much for medium to dark ones. It's so pretty though.
Sin - Looks similar to Virgin, but it's a little darker and pinker, also more frosty than Virgin.
Naked - Matte beige brown, very natural and soft. I love the texture too - smooth, not chalky. It doesn't show up really well on my skin though, because it's only a tiny bit darker than my skin tone.
Sidecar - Shimmery brown that has red undertone, it's probably the most frosty/glittery color in the whole palette.
Buck - Matte tan, basically a darker version of Naked, with the same smooth texture, love it!
Half Baked - Golden bronze with a metallic finish
Smog - Dark coppery bronze that's less glittery than Half Baked, and it's more reddish. (Half Baked is more yellowish)
Darkhorse - Deep chocolate with a little bronze shimmer, I think it has a bit green tone in it, so pretty.
Toasted - Shimmery pinkish brown, I don't really know how to describe it but it's a very beautiful color.
Hustle - Dark plummy brown, less shimmer than Toasted.
Creep - Dark silver with blue-black undertone
Gunmetal - Blue grey/silver, much prettier in real life.
I already have two looks for it, I just don't have time to take photos...sorry XD Anyway here's an awesome tutorial from Tiffany D: http://makeupbytiffanyd.blogspot.com/2011/02/naked-palette-everyday-fresh-faced.html
