These are the all four colors of Maybelline Drama Lasting Eyeliners, each costs around $7. I bought the silver cap ones in Hong Kong and black cap ones in the US. They're pretty much the same, just with different names and packaging. I like the Hong Kong ones more because of the metal cap.
The four colors are Black, Brown, Eggplant, and Sapphire. I think the colors are the same for both versions. I think the texture of the US ones are a bit smoother and softer, the HK ones tend to be a bit harder. They all have not bad color pay off, I wish they could be more intense. I only have gel liners from Maybelline and Kate, but I guess this would be a good drugstore alternative to the Bobbi Brown and MAC liners. And they all come with a small brush.
Swatches
Black - Rich and very pigmented black
Brown - Dark chocolaty brown with a bit shimmer
Eggplant - Shimmery purple, most shimmery out of all
Sapphire - Least pigmented of all, but the color is a pretty dark blue with a bit shimmerRub Test - Rub with fingers once they're dry
Black - Intact
Brown - Smudged a little
Eggplant - Smudged a little
Sapphire - Smudged most but still acceptableWater Test - Run under tap water and rub with fingers
All - Intact
And then I wipe with a cotton pad and the L'Oreal eye makeup remover (the blue and white one), Eggplant and Sapphire are almost gone after one wipe, Black and Brown still have 50% there. They all need a little effort to remove (especially Black).
